How do I view the presentations?
To view the symposium presentations you need to log in using the login option at the far righthand side of the red menu-bar at the top of the page. Once you have logged into the website you will be able to view the contents of the "Presentations" menu option in the red menu-bar at the top of this page.
What do I do if I can't remember my password or user id?
Select "login" from the red menu-bar and then at the login screen chose the "Request New Password" tab. You can request a new password by entering in the email address you used to register for the conference.
The email said "one time login" does this mean I need to get another user account and password if I've used my one-time login?
We apologize for the confusion surrounding the "one time login" phrase. The one time login referred to the link that was included in your account generation email that allowed you to select that link and be automatically logged into the website -- at which point you needed to changed your password. One-time login means you cannot use that link again -- you can use your user ID as long as the website is active.
To reset your password - select login and use either your user ID or the email address you used to register to request a new password.
What if I never received a login to access the presentations?
Use the same login information to access the presentations that you used to access the webcast during the conference.
If you attended the conference last year you can use your email address to request a password reminder (see instructions above). You may have also had a typo in the email address that you used to register for the conference -- please email palliativeak_register@palliativeak.org if you are sure you registered and did not receive a confirmation.
